ABA Outreach is a small, clinician-owned ABA therapy provider dedicated to supporting children with autism and their families. We're proud of the strong relationships we build with our clients and with each other. Our programs include in-home and clinic-based therapy, social skills groups, and fun summer camps.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who’s:
- Passionate about helping children with autism learn and grow.
- A natural with kids
- Able to collaborate as a team but also take initiative independently.
- An effective communicator with families and colleagues.
- RBT-certified or willing to become certified with our support.
- Experienced (or interested) in special education, psychology, or related fields.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Implement 1:1 therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans.
- Teach communication, play, and social skills in engaging and meaningful ways.
- Collect data using an iPad to track progress.
- Participate in supervision and ongoing training.
- Partner with families and professionals to support consistent progress.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records.
